  first off; as a woman with no so great experience other places, they are so respectful and dont make you feel like you dont know what you’re talking about. it was very reassuring. but my family and i have been coming to mr tire for a few years now and they are always so kind and accommodating as well as always getting things done in a timely manner but also making sure its done right. The assistant manager Tyrieq is usually the person i speak to and he is always very kind and makes sure to let me know every option available, never tries to push anything and always willing to help in anyway possible. My most recent visit was for an oil change and i asked to check for an oil leak, which they did and Billy (lead mechanic?) brought me back to show me the issue and gave recommendations even though i was unable to do anything that day. all around very respectful and not overpriced. highly recommended.

  Very good service for brake issue. Took a while to get truck in but problem was fixed. Staff very friendly including the service bay manager Bob

  I love this shop, they do amazing work and they’re always quick with it. They give accurate quotes and don’t charge you for things you don’t need. I love the courtesy inspections that they do, and it helps to know what type of maintenance may be coming up. And above all, they are honest. They don’t lie to you to make a profit, and they’re willing to with you, as they have a financing system. If I could give more stars I would.

  They completely ignored my request at drop off to change headlight, which was the only thing I asked for with oil change. But they literally made a $2800.00 list of other things they could replace on my antiquated 2014 vehicle. Thanks but I will not be going back.

  I Purchased tires online and used your job to them. I was offered an oil change which first I turned down. When the women on the phone offered me $78.99 for Mobil 1 synthetic. I also let Her know my car takes an extra quart. My appointment was for five and they were able to get me in at 4 o’clock When I got there, it was like I didn’t have an appointment at all. They had to retake all my information. It’s obvious that there is a call center. It took two hours to install two tires into a simple oil change. I told the guy that my car has air ride so he could Turn off the air suspension. I know you never hooked the computer up to it. When I went to go pay, they were gonna charge me almost $150 for my oil change when I was told it was going to be $78.99. The girl gave me I guess $20 off but I still paid over $127. I don’t like the big switch. They probably didn’t even use MOBILE one.
