  I had originally reserved a van at Hertz and they did not have my vehicle on pick up day and were closed when I got there for my appt so I started panicking. I remembered there was an Enterprise in Burlington so I drove there and told them my issue and they got me all fixed up. Super nice customer service and very accommodating. They also have a drop box for after hours which is very helpful. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Thanks for helping me out and talking me off the ledge!!!!

  Scam. Fraud. Website allows you to rent, check in and enter credit card info. They called me an hour later and said no cars available. Not just no cars available today, none available for a week. No excuse in 2026 for not linking inventory with website. Just clearly don't care and should close your doors.

  Every time I come here the cars are always clean and all the features work. They service is top tier, very friendly. Cars drive like there new. ❤️

  I have been renting from this E More nterprise for almost a year now! Any issues they have handle very well! I would recommend this establishment to anyone!

  I would like to give credit to both the south church st and north church st locations my desired vehicle type wasn't available because they didn't have any full sized vehicles on the lot so I was given a compact suv which turned out to not have sufficient leg room upon contacting the north church st location and informing them of my dilemma they were happy to switch me into a full size they had on their lot. On my return trip I ran into unexpected traffic which made me run about 30 minutes late on my return upon contacting the south church st location I was told to not worry and the manager waited until I got there to help me with my issue thank you all for your great customer service
