When it’s time for new tires or if we need any other help in the future, we know where to go and recommend them highly! This is the second time we’ve used them and they continue to be fantastic!

I explained that even though I was coming to Burlington, I live in Orange county so I need an Orange county inspection (safety only, no emissions). I hand over my ID that says I live in Efland, which is in Orange county. Front desk proceeds argue with me and tell me that Efland is not in Orange county but Alamance county. And even asks for a document saying that I live in Orange county. I did present this, the drivers license that says I live in Efland, which is in Orange county. I have been warned that women are treated different by mechanics, but I did not expect to be questioned about basic facts about my own life before the services could even begin to be rendered. I don't know if the staff was sexist or just ignorant of geography. Either way, my husband took my car to Jiffy Lube and got an Orange county inspection without incident. Because I LIVE IN ORANGE COUNTY. I will never go to this Mavis again.
