Both gentlemen I dealt with were personable and efficient. I can't remember the name of the guy who handled the pick up (he had braids/twists), but he and Lyric were both great! It's an unusual area and I can imagine getting in and out of the parking lot isn't always easy, so the cleanliness of the building and how smooth the process was at both ends was really appreciated.
