  South Church Street location was wonderful they were all really nice the vehicle was nice and they made everything super easy would definitely recommend them

  I just have to say that Enterprise Rent-A-Car truly went above and beyond. When my car battery died, the manager and staff did everything possible to try to jump it. Unfortunately, I ultimately needed a brand-new battery and had to have my car towed—but that didn’t stop them from taking exceptional care of me. The team checked on me multiple times, made sure I was safe, and treated me with genuine kindness and concern throughout the entire situation. It wasn’t just customer service—it was care. These fellas showed up, stayed engaged, and made sure I wasn’t left to navigate a stressful moment alone. Kudos to this team. I will absolutely continue to patronize this location because they are truly about serving their customers, not just completing transactions.

  This Enterprise location consistently provides outstanding customer service. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful every single time I rent here. They communicate clearly, treat customers with respect, and handle situations calmly and efficiently without any attitude or frustration. I recently had a small issue during my rental, and CJ, the manager, resolved it immediately and professionally. He listened, understood the situation, and made it right without hesitation; which really reflects how well this location is run. It’s rare to find a team that is this consistently pleasant and customer focused. Even when issues come up, they are handled smoothly and fairly. I highly recommend this Enterprise location and will continue renting here because of how great the staff is overall.

  Assistant Rental Manger CJ Campbell was very pleasant and professional throughout our entire experience. From the moment we met at the Church St. location in Burlington, NC, he made the process feel comfortable and smooth—more like a friendly meeting than a typical rental transaction. He was attentive, clear, and ensured everything went seamlessly for us as customers. We truly appreciated his professionalism and welcoming attitude. Excellent service all around!

  Booked a full size truck almost 2 months ago. Checked in online the day prior. Arrived at 0930 to pick up my vehicle to be told there was not a truck available because I didn't answer a phone call to confirm so they were not expecting me and is holding a truck for a customer that is picking it up later in the afternoon. How you dont expect a customer who checked in 24 hour prior, had the reservation for two months, did not cancel the reservation, and was expected at 0930 just because they didn't answer a phone is beyond comprehension. Instead they downgrade me to a smaller SUV for around the same price. I always rent with Enterprise for my needs across the country and this is the only place that consistently has this problem. At 6'2" and over 300lbs, there are not many cars i fit comfortably in. Since I was leaving out today for a week long Christmas trip with my daughter I had no choice but take what they had.
