  What a great place to work with! I went in looking to have a roof rack installed on my Honda CRV. They helped me out with cross bars that were in my budget and installed them for a VERY reasonable price! The cross bars look amazing, you can't even tell that they were after factory. A job well done and an affordable price!

  I ordered some running boards from another establishment and had cars and truckware install them. Once the install was done, I could see that the running boards were not safe for use. Greg, one of the employees even suggested they were not "substantial". My thing was, if you thought they weren't substantial, why would you let your employees continue to install them. I explained prior to install that I wanted running boards because my elderly mother had bilateral knee replacements and needed assistance getting in and out of the vehicle. I was appalled that they thought that was OK. Once the 1st one went on, an assessment should have been made as to the integrity of the items being installed. For the cutomers safety and the representation of the shop; if nothing else. They should have asked me before proceeding- I was sitting right in the waiting area. Instead they didnt care and proceeded with that subpar installation. The actual running boards were subpar themselves and have since been returned for a full refund. However, cars and truckware insisted I pay for the installation anyway because I used their time. They didnt consider that they used my time as well sitting in that establishment to learn that the integrity of cars and truckware is questionable. To add insult to injury, they scratched my cars front end and mirror pulling it out of the bay. They also scratched my cargo space taking the running boards in and out. No care was taken at all. As a woman, I felt violated and taken advantage of. I asked Greg to have the owner call me. He said he was leaving a note for him and the owner would call me on Monday. I never heard from him or anyone from the shop. I came here because the reviews were good. Grant it, the running boards didnt work out but to damage a customer's car and not own up to it. People of color beware- the racial undertones in this shop are prevalent.
