  I had spoken to someone on the phone who said they could fix my windshield glass. When I arrive, I'm met with a giant cutout of Trump. To each their own but keep politics out of your business. You alienate half the population by aligning yourselves with policies that at least half of America doesn't agree with.

  Had l them give me a price estimate to put a window in a concession stand trailer after they said they can do it, they do a lot of concession stand windows. The guy said he could do it. It wouldn’t be hard at all. Then the office guy said that they don’t even wanna do it, he said it would be too much money. I asked how much is that, he couldn’t answer me, just hung up. Bad customer service!

  Alamance Glass Warning! I really wanted to be happy. I love their views and beliefs but sadly, that's where my support ends. I had a simple single window replacement. It took them two visits, they ordered the wrong window and broke my blinds in the process. When they returned with the right window to replace and fix my blinds, they were trying to repace plastic pieces they broke with velcro. Velcro!!!! When was the last time you saw a window blind held together by velcro? And, they broke more of my window pane on the second visit as well. So here I am, paying top dollar ($400 for a single window replacement) and I have damage to my window pane, broken blinds (which they never fixed) and an overpriced window. Thanks Alamance Glass!!!!

  I had a great experience with Alamance Glass! The crew members were very professional and polite, and they even showed up early to the appointment. They replaced my bathroom transom window in short order and did an excellent job - everything looks perfect. I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them to anyone needing residential glass work.
