- VVV VFeb 11, 20265.0Every now and then—even when you don’t do reviews—you need to take the time to do one. I went today to follow-up on a battery repair for my wife’s Jeep and handle returning the old batteries. I need to give a shout out to Cassandra. As I came into the store—she greeted with such a warm and welcoming smile and you felt as though you were visiting an old family member. I wasn’t sure if I had to go to original store but right away she made it clear this spot would work. I went to my truck and before I could even get to the door, Chris (other worker present, joyful smile and great energy) was there. Cassandra had a cart RIGHT at the door to get the batteries and we laughed and talked about family while she processed the order. In 2026–you RARELY get to go to a store for something simple and get that old school QUALITY customer service. Cassandra W—thank you! Chris—thank you! Anything I need for our wheels—this is now my spot!

Came in for wipers and the guy just shewed me in the general direction with some numbers. There are a thousand different options. I just left. This is the second time trying this store with really bad customer service.
