- JLJimmy LlanaSep 17, 20251.0I’ve been coming to this location since they’ve opened and usually the help is great, when Mark was there he was great at helping me find my parts and sometimes he’d even diagnose problems for me too. It wasn’t up until recently that new management took over and the quality of help has gone down. I will say grifon and a select others are still very attentive. However my biggest complaint is that the last 3 times I’ve been there the same woman is outside by the door smoking stinking up the place!!! When i asked the employee who rang my stuff up who she was she said it was the STORE MANAGER??!!

It was a nice experience to shop there and find something that suited the needs for my car with her help even though I don't know too much about cars.
