Swapped battery out and ending up having an issue with our vehicle after the new battery was installed. There was an employee there, Paul, that used to have his own shop. He took time to go get his computer from his house to reset some error codes. After discovering that didn’t work, he still kept working to figure out the issue knowing we had a 10 hour drive home in the morning. He was finally able to pinpoint the problem and came up with a fix that would get us home. Had it not been for his help and critical thinking, we would have been stuck there waiting for a mechanic shop to open. Very grateful for his help and everyone at this location. Can’t recommend enough.
