- SGStacey GashJul 18, 20221.0Service was good. However, the synthetic oil change with a new air and oil filter cost me $100.00 and that was after 15% off. The Honda dealership only charges $59.00. I have never paid $100 to have my car serviced. Sadly, they have lost my business.
- SMSusana MccallApr 19, 20171.0Went in with my vehicle running great for a simple tire rotation only to leave with having my vehicle towed because it would not start back. Turns out the main locking mechanism around the computer had been unlocked (note the mechanic that I had to pay to fix this problem stated that it is nearly impossible for all those brackets to jar loose on their own) given that they were all undone except one indicates tampering. When I called to question them about this the manager stated no one had even been under the hood during the tire rotation. Later on during that same conversation the story changed and he said that they had looked under the hood two separate times. So which is it?? When calling them back they did apologize but did not take any credit for the computer brackets being unlocked and did not offer any compensation for the tow bill or the fees to have it fixed, not that I expected them to but they could've at least tried to help the situation. That turned into one mighty expensive tire rotation and I will no longer do business with them.
