  This morning I ran over something and my tire went flat I went to one shop and turns out it was a peice of rubar that went threw my tire and all the way threw my rim and rotar unfortunately the first place could not repair it I went over the Mr tire and the lady at the check in helped me out so much she helped me get everything I need to get my car back including new tires and the new rim and where so helpful and respectful it was such a bad morning and she helped me out so much and when I went to pick up my car the gentleman that checked me out was so sweet and kind and adorable and they helped me also financially with a pay later program and I’m just super thankful a day of nightmare turned into meeting the kindest people ever

  Went here and they charged an arm and a leg for both axle pads and rotors. Didn't realize it until after I got it done and went and checked the prices where they got the brake pads and rotors from. They charged triple the retail price for Autozone pads and rotors. I would avoid this place if you don't want taken advantage of. Unfortunately I didn't realize it until after the fact.

  Came with my mother and sibling for a nail in one of the car tires at their closing time and were hoping for a quick, affordable solution. They were incredibly kind and accommodating. Kevin Gianni, I believe his name is, and a technician went about patching up the tire (as we couldn’t afford replacing it) long after closing, then refused to take payment for it! I will never forget their kindness and generosity with their time and effort. Can’t remember we ever had an encounter like that with a service provider. Several months later and our patched tire is as good as the rest. I wish them a successful and prosperous business!

  Earlier I hit a pothole and my skid plate was rubbing against the road while I was driving. Mr. Tire was nearby so I went there, pleased to hear that I could still make my 2pm class which was in about an hour. After waiting about 15 minutes, Aaron Kirby came to greet me to tell me that my car was done. I pulled my wallet out of my pocket but was greeted with the news that the service was free and I was good to go. Staff is terrific, specifically Aaron and a great place to get your car fixed. 5 stars.

  We were in Boone, North Carolina for the weekend, Sunday morning, we were pulling into the Walmart parking lot where it was pouring down the rain and rode over something in our path. Whatever the piece of metal was, it flattened my tire within seconds. We started the process of putting the spare tire on, I knew we could not ride back to Eastern Tennessee with a spare tire. My first thought was “ Who would be open on a Sunday morning of all times?!?” Luckily, Mr. Tire showed on my Google search that they were open, what a blessing!! I called first the Boone location and the man was so nice, he said he could get me in, but it would be close to 12 noon before he could get to me. He advised me that there is another location that I could go to that was right down the street from us!! When we arrived at Mr. Tire, they had me in and out, and on my way within an hour. I was absolutely so thankful for their assistance in getting my tire replaced for a reasonable fee. Completely indebted to the staff at Mr. Tire! Exceptional service!
