I also got windshield wipers, which has to be the most expensive ones they had. $60 I had to pay because they put them on without telling me the price until I was ready to pay. District manager sent me a check for center cap’s corporate stopped payment on the check and offered me a lowball amount. Matthew Shiparo from Monro screamed at me and my lawyer. Had 5 rock punctures within 3 months.After 5 th went to Mr tire and they wanted to put another patch on tire. 3 patches on 1 tire , sounds safe to me. So I said I wanted another set of tires and for these to be pro- rated. He said they don’t do that. That should be in writing on wall before someone buys tires.

- JTJonathan TuellDec 23, 20255.0Came in to get my tires aligned after a suspension upgrade. Due to some backordered parts (from the aftermarket supplier) it was necessary to get two alignments, once after the rear struts and springs were installed (by me), then again after the front suspension parts were installed (about a month later, also by me). Both alignments were done very quickly, and track great. In addition, since the second alignment was done so soon after the first, with the warranty, there was no additional charge. I have been getting my tires and alignments done for the last 4 years with this MrTire location and recommend them wholeheartedly! Kudos to Tegan and the MrTire team!

They’ve replaced head lights for free (even if it took them like 2 hours), and overall the kids that work in the back are good kids who work hard. But I can’t trust them. They quoted me three grand for a bunch of shit I don’t need, told me I needed my brakes replaced when I had just had them all replaced in the past couple of months. I took the car to a different mechanic and was quoted a whopping $200 for a faulty sensor. As a woman it’s always hard to trust mechanics, and unfortunately these guys are not to be trusted!
