    Cancelled my rental the night before my flight out of Asheville via voicemail saying they were sold out. I reserved the car a week in advance, if there was a booking issue, my reservation shouldn’t have been taken at all OR at the very least someone could have contacted me prior to the night before my pickup to inform me that I’d need to make new arrangements. There are no other car rental vendors in Boone, so I’m assuming they cancel reservations as they please to accommodate longer rentals to make more money. I’ll be going out of my way to avoid business with this location in the future.

    Reserved a car a week ago. Just a one way trip, 7 hours or so. The rude manager Luke calls me 12 hours prior to pick up and informs me there are no cars. None. Why make the reservation? He had no answer for that. And to top it off he showed zero empathy.I have to get home tomorrow and am now stuck in the mountains. You’re better getting an uber than attempting this.

    Great customer service experience from Annabelle and Ashley. I had issues with my truck and the rental car helped me get it fixed. The wonderful experience I had through Enterprise enabled my daughters and I to experience a rough situation as much less rough. Thank you so much guys!

    First vehicle was not what we reserved, one became available and went to pick it up. Lo and behold all four tires were so bald that the wires were showing through and had to get another vehicle that none of the electronics worked on. Completely irresponsible and dangerous to offer people with a vehicle that wouldn’t pass a basic safety inspection riding on 4 tires that bald. Update: apparently reservation doesn’t mean what you might think it means. To translate in enterprise speak: a reservation simply means you might get a vehicle of some sort maybe and if not oh well too bad.
