The morning of my pickup date the branch left me a voicemail saying they had no vehicles available, offered zero alternatives, and then were unreachable when I attempted to call back. I don't know how this could possibly be deemed an acceptable outcome. Unfortunately this is the only operation in town. Edit: upon contacting Enterprise Corporate per the reply I received below, I was promised a manager would reach out to me via email. It has now been nearly a week and I’ve received no communication of any kind. It’s amazing how this location is able to ignore any kind of responsibility when the one service they offer isn’t delivered. What a Mickey Mouse operation.

A week before we were to turn the car in it had started to not start.And it would die at a red light. The check engine light was on for about 3 weeks prior to that. I did let them know, they said, as long as the vehicle is still driving and working properly.There shouldn't be an issue for me to keep driving it until I felt uncomfortable driving it. So I called them told them that I did not feel comfortable driving it because it wouldn't start and it would die at red lights, they didn't even offer to bring me another vehicle.And then when their tow truck finally came and picked it up a week later, I still got charged for that week that I wasn't able to drive the vehicle. I've emailed called left messages, but no one wants to call me back.They just keep sending me the bill saying that they won't rent to me until the bill is paid. They are unprofessional.
