- JWJackson WardSep 23, 20255.0Have had to stop in here multiple times to ask questions about random mechanic stuff I have no clue about and every time I have been met with great and personable workers who provided valuable insight about what could be wrong. Most recently I believe an associate named Addison guided and directly supervised and helped me replace all of my spark plugs just outside in the parking lot. Which was also close her shift being over but didn’t bat an eye to help. Every interaction I’ve had with this place has been friendly and beyond helpful. Great place to get an insight about your vehicle would definitely recommend👍🏼.

His customer service was absolutely off the carts-truly on the level of am five-star restaurant exxperience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and two steps ahead of me the entire time, knowing exactly what I needed and where it was all while offering knowledgable advice. I haven't eperienced service like that in years. Thanks a million, Justin!
- MUMark UtkovJul 28, 20255.0People are usually vey quick to complain.It is almost an American pastime.This is not a rant ,rather it is a rave review for an AUTOZONE employee in Boone NC . His name is Justin Payne. My car's Airconditioner would turn off after 1.5 hours. If I stopped for gas ,then restarted the car ,it worked for an hour ...and so on. Apparently I need to check my Freon level and add some if low. I barely know where the hood of a car is ( kidding ) ..but Justine could not have been more helpful. This employee did what every boss/employer would want from an employee.Justin , guided me through every step. I am a happy stock holder of AZO for 10 years. Today was my first time to ever go into the store. I hope his superiors see this and acknowledge this to him. He is a keeper!
