Even though there were plenty of similar items in stock, Henry went above and beyond to search for the specific item I wanted and then ordered it from another location so that I was able to pick it up the next day. He remembered me and had it waiting behind the counter when I arrived. To be honest, my expectations are low when it comes to customer service in retail these days which made it particularly refreshing to have this positive experience. I am not one to get sick easily due to working in healthcare, but that was totally unprofessional and is pushing away business. I cant believe management hasn't addressed this issue because it is obvious that no other employee will get near him due to the smell. I go in frequently and all of the other staff are absolutely wonderful, so it is just Alden (?) causing this issue.
