I took a faulty battery back that was still under warranty and I had my receipt and the time limit had not expired. The guy kept me waiting and waiting and finally said “ looks like I can only give you a gift card”. He said the cash register would only allow a gift card. They have no integrity or real knowledge in what they are doing. They will tell you anything… very poorly run! Choose another auto parts store that hire truthful people who actually care about customers!
