  I recently visited Mavis Tires for an oil change. I walked in with no appointment and they squeezed me right in. Nobody batted an eye and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional. They made it quick and easy. Finding businesses that value customer service is rare these days, but these guys do it. I was very pleased with how quick and helpful everyone was. I will be using them from now on for all my service needs and would recommend them to anyone who needs friendly and quality auto care!

  WOW! Talk about a business that understands customer service! Cannot say enough good things about these folks. My low tire indicator was on. Turns out it was due to two nails in my sidewall. I was provided a variety of options and prices, and my tire was fixed within minutes. What a great experience!

  We’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences with the Mavis in Southport/Bolivia! The team is consistently professional, friendly, and—most importantly—honest. It’s such a relief to find a shop you can truly trust. They’re extremely organized, communicate clearly, and provide outstanding customer service from start to finish. Every visit has been smooth, efficient, and stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable place to take your car, I can’t recommend the guys at Mavis highly enough. They’ve definitely earned our repeat business!

  I came in on a Sunday afternoon and was helped right away to check my recently replaced tires and the tire pressure gauges. They got my car in right away and found that all four sensors were shot. Not what I was hoping for but the professionalism at this shop is excellent so got them all replaced. The work was done quickly as well. I’ll be using Mavis from now on for my tires.

  The front desk staff and mechanics I spoke with were very kind and professional. They performed an alignment on my truck and did not charge me, stating that the wheels were already perfectly aligned and there was nothing to adjust. However, the very next day I took my truck to my regular mechanic because of a clicking noise I had been hearing for a couple of months. When they lifted the truck, they found that the front passenger-side control arm was severely worn. The wheel could be moved in and out by roughly two inches. It was bad enough that they would not allow me to drive it home, warning that hitting a pothole could have caused the wheel to fail. I’m grateful for the courtesy shown by the staff, but I was very concerned that such a significant safety issue was not identified during the alignment visit. I would encourage others to seek a professional alignment elsewhere!
