- MWMike WalkerDec 16, 20255.0I recently took my Audi TT to Koppinger’s for an oil change and general evaluation. I’ve been relying on Matt Koppinger for maintenance of my vehicles for a long time. The appointment was easy to obtain on short notice. Once there I spoke to Noah who handles front of office matters and Matt about what may be new noise I had heard before. They agreed to follow up and let me know. Later that day Noah called and said the oil change was completed and a test drive did not produce concrete evidence of an unusual noise. Noah then arranged for me to meet with the tech who worked on my vehicle and took it for a test ride. The thinking was that I may be able to describe what I heard to the tech. I subsequently took the tech for a ride later that day when I picked up my car. We had a good conversation and agreed there wasn’t anything obvious to be concerned about at this time. I relate the entire episode to illustrate that Matt and his employees go above and beyond the routine in taking care of your vehicle. In addition to the test drive with the tech, I also received a list maintenance and items that could need attention in the near future along with an estimated cost for replacement primarily because the vehicle is over 20 years old. I’m very pleased with the service I receive at Koppinger’s and don’t hesitate to recommend them.

Having a Sprinter Van, they went above and beyond in providing service - all considering they currently do not service Sprinter Vans. The best news I could receive, besides their willingness to take a look at an issue, is to learn that later in 2026 they will be outfitted to work on our Adventure Van! You have to give them a try and find out what genuine customer service feels like. You will be impressed and glad you did!
