They are always courteous and respectful, and they take the time to explain everything in detail. I never have any issues, and my car is always clean and ready to go. Their customer service is outstanding. If my vehicle type is not available they will reach out to me beforehand to let me know and provide alternative options. This location never disappoints!!!!!

During the wait, we found out the vehicle we were suppose to get was another location & they gave it to another customer at that location. Uh...what? Now we are really behind schedule because we are waiting for these people to get it together. The parking lot was frighteningly small for driving full sized suvs. Also, our clean vehicle we finally got had a lovely handprint from the previous occupants child. Very smuggy..

Although I had to wait about 30 minutes to get the type of car I originally reserved, the team handled the situation well. The assistant manager, Dishana, truly stood out. She was gracious and apologetic for the wait, offered me a free upgrade, and even suggested that I keep the car an extra day at no additional charge based on my reservation. On top of that, she kindly told me I could return the vehicle with the fuel level at about half a tank, which was a nice and unexpected gesture. The return experience was just as smooth. This time I was helped by the manager (unfortunately I don’t recall his name), but he was equally professional, efficient, and courteous, making the drop-off quick and hassle-free. Despite being busy, the customer service was excellent and thoughtful throughout. I would definitely rent from this location again and highly recommend them
