When I asked for a different car, they said none were available. Also had bugs in it, probably from having the windows left open in an attempt to air it out which did not work.

I didn’t receive the voicemail before because I was still in flight ✈️. Once I landed and checked the Enterprise app, nothing looked wrong, because it asked if you like to check in and start the pickup process. Once I arrived at the location, they informed me that they had no cars. I was told to call a customer service number. After talking to 3 representatives and waiting outside for over 3 hours, the district manager never called, as I was instructed they would. Stranded and cold. 🥶

When we arrived, we were informed that no cars were available and were offered a vehicle that was not comparable to a full size vehicle. I requested another local Enterprise be contacted and was informed that I needed to call which my husband did call. Unfortunately, the other location was not able to accommodate, but the other location was willing to call other local locations to try to locate a full size vehicle. Ultimately, we ended up being FORCED to upgrade at a HIGHER rate to be in a vehicle with limited leg room & barely any trunk space that once again did not accommodate our needs. If you are considering renting a vehicle, this location has poor customer service and does not have the inventory that it advertises or allows you to reserve.
