  I told these people three different times on three different visits, to not put tire shine on my tires, and they did anyway. I have white letter tires and tire shine makes those letters black. I have canceled my service and demanded a refund. Their idea of making sure I don't get tire shine was to downgrade me. A downgrade where I don't get all of the waxes, is not a solution. Extremely disappointed. I just signed up last month. Pfft! Why am I continuing to get something that I don't want and I tell the people not to put on my truck? I requested to speak to the district manager but apparently he or she is too good to speak to customers. They said that's not an option. Corporate America sucks. I'm sure they don't pay anybody anything so the people that are working the machines do what you don't want just to have some fun. Thanks for nothing, Zips! I'm reading Zips apologies and explanations. Talk about canned responses. They probably use robots to reply to Google commenters.

  Braden the manager at the Oteen location in asheville nc is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I could not ask for better service. This young man needs a raise

  Horrible car wash. They had no clean towels and the machine that cleans car mats was out of service. I phoned the location while I was there to see if somebody could Replenish towels but was transferred to a central location. I relayed all of the above information and asked for a refund. The person I spoke to said I would be contacted via email -which I was, but the request for a refund was denied. The email stated I had to request a refund while still at the car wash. Why didn’t somebody on the phone tell me that?! Extremely poor business practices.

  I have always loved this location until today! I have been a member for two years. My sticker on my windshield stopped working at this location and I had no idea why because it works at the other Tunnel Road location, so the so called manager came out and only wanted to argue and blame the other Tunnel Road location as to why my sticker no longer works at this location. The manager tells me to go back to the other Tunnel Road location and he doesn’t know why my sticker no longer works there. So I left and will not be back. I get he is just the manager of a car wash, but that was ridiculous and absolutely rude!
