- JGJoseph Griner1 day ago1.0I was planning on buying a membership but the attendant who came out and stepped in between me and the kiosk was incredibly pushy and obnoxious trying to get me to sign up so I decided not to. I had to say no to him 4-5 separate times. Felt like someone was panhandling me. Really disappointing.

- KWKent WiltonApr 2, 20263.0The design is less than good. After entering the gate, the curbs at the very sharp turns tend to scuff up tires and wheels. Turn is very sharp and most can't turn without hitting a curb. Today I noted that this particular Tunnel Road location had no compressed air hoses available (all stolen?) the vacuum system wasn't very effective with some hoses not providing much vacuum at all. Provided cloths were all wet. Ineffective for trying to dry off the vehicle.

I got in line at Zips on Tunnel Rd and there was a long wait while the fella helped the car in front of me. I told him, never mind, just move the cones and let me out. He immediately apologized about my wait. A genuine apology. He says, I want you to get your truck clean and here's what I am going to do....He gave me a good deal for two months and I was able to get my truck cleaned. This fella is James Schneider. He's an assistant manager. He deescalated the situation and was so kind. (I wasn't upset at Zips. I was just mad at the world that day). I would be such a happy camper if I experienced customer service like this more often. Such a nice guy! And, thanks to James, I am now a Zips customer. Thank you, James. If it will warm up, I'll be by for another wash.
