- AFAndrea FaunceApr 21, 20265.0The manager was friendly and helpful. All the staff were. They noticed that there was a bolt missing from the battery cover (best I can remember, that's what it was). The manager said that they didn't carry that part but one of the techs went and looked to see if he had one in his personal vehicle. He did and it wasn't an exact fit but he was able to thread it on enough that the battery wouldn't go anywhere. That is ABOVE THE TOP customer service!

They then charged me an additional $9.99 for additional oil without informing me. I tried calling them but could never get past their automated answering system. If there are additional charges, you need to make sure you inform the customer before adding it to the bill. Customers, Don’t forget to check your bill before you leave…..

They get the work done, they don’t seem super judgmental of anyone, or me, and I can tend to draw stares in the south. They’re always giving me bits of valuable information about my vehicle, and shit would have definitely broken on it a few times too late for me to do anything about it, had they not warned me. Overall, just good vibes and competent work. These guys deserve a raise.
