  I had an outstanding experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Sardis Road in Asheville. From start to finish, the service was professional, fast, and genuinely respectful. Manager Lucas and coworker Brandon did a fantastic job taking care of my vehicle and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were very responsive as soon as I arrived, communicated clearly throughout the service, and worked efficiently without making me feel rushed. You can tell they take pride in what they do and value customer service. Both Lucas and Brandon were polite, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled the right way. What really stood out to me was their honesty and attention to detail. They noticed and informed me that the brush/skid plate underneath my car was damaged/loose, which is something they easily could have ignored. I truly appreciated them taking the time to point that out so I could address it before it became a bigger issue. That kind of professionalism and care is hard to find. The oil change was completed quickly, and the entire team made me feel like a valued customer. It’s refreshing to go somewhere where the staff is respectful, efficient, and looking out for your best interest. Huge thank you to Lucas and Brandon for the excellent service. Because of employees like them, I’ll absolutely be returning to this location and recommending it to others. 5 stars all the way!

  Friendly staff..Quick. told me one price (i had called prior and got the same quote) but after I paid noticed I was charged more! Already had left the facility before I noticed it.

  Quick fast in a hurry! Quality work done by Abigail, Jaxson and can not forget John!!! Even complemented my charger! Made my day better and was great seeing a smile on everyone's faces 100/10 recommended! Thanks crew! also a special thanks to Lucas for having a ln amazing crew!

  I went here for a state inspection for anyone wondering atleast for buncomb county it was 30 but the people were supper friendly and I even thought id lost my headphones there and they helped me look for like 10 minutes only to realize I had them on me at no point did I think anyone took them but they were super helpful and put up with my insanity little pricey for other services but thats what you pay for convenience and good service and they didn't try to upsell me on every little thing. Also they constantly have good coupons. I cant recall names but thank you to everyone working on March 24
