  The people at this Safelite location were absolutely wonderful! Amanda helped guide us to their location, and our technician Ryan was polite, friendly, worked quickly, did an amazing job, and truly went above and beyond for us! The whole experience was wonderful, hassle free and quick - would highly recomnend this company and this location (Hendersonville Rd.) in Asheville!!

  The staff at Safelite on Hendersonville Rd in Asheville, NC, were terrific. The customer service rep at the window was so friendly and helpful, and the technician who performed the glass replacement, Vito, was outstanding. Thanks for such a great experience.

  The office on Hendersonville Highway is great! Everyone we encountered was professional. The work was completed quickly. The shop was extremely clean and office person was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience!!

  If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality auto glass service in Asheville, this is the place to go. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or replacements. Scheduling was quick and straightforward, and they kept me informed every step of the way. When I arrived, the staff was welcoming and immediately got to work. The repair itself was completed faster than expected, which was great because I had to wait in the lobby.

  Avoid this location if you care about your wallet or your privacy. I called for a quote and they were $250 more expensive than every other shop in the area. When I asked for the specific brand of glass (looking for Pilkington/OEM), the "Store Manager" couldn't guarantee what I was paying for, claiming they just "pull from the warehouse." For a premium price, you should get a premium, guaranteed brand—not a guessing game. I accused him of being a salesman and he denied it saying he was just the store manager, pretending to miss the point that the phone call was a sales pitch. On top of that, their call center is a data-harvesting trap. They insisted on taking all my personal info just to answer a basic question. I told them not to sell my number, they argued that they wouldn't, and yet I’ve been hit with non-stop spam calls ever since. They aren't glass experts; they are high-pressure salespeople who overcharge and leak your data. Go to a local independent shop in Buncombe County instead. You’ll save hundreds and keep your privacy.
