You might even could grab A cold one while they fix you up. Don’t forget to tip. These boys deserve every bit of it.

  JJ’s were great to me. I was on a long road trip with a tire pressure light on in my rental camper van. I got it checked out really quickly, and they filled my tires to the correct pressure. All for free.

  I came in September 27th, 2023 at 1:30pm to get my truck aligned, and to put my new wheels and new tires on that I had brought. After I had just put on a new 3.5 inch lift (from my 2.5inch lift) two days prior to my appointment. Not EVEN 5,000 miles later I HAD TO BUY BRAND NEW FRONT TIRES and get a REAL alignment. I went to local alignment shop in my area to get the alignment on March 26th, 2024. They said my toe-in was off 1 inch on both sides. I noticed two weeks prior how bad my front tires were balding. The next week I was hydroplaning in the rain. I called one of the owners (Matt) to let him know that he might need to check on his employees work. He gaslit me saying it was “how I was driving it.” That “alignments don’t last forever”. My commute to work is 15 miles. Their wasn’t even at 5,000 miles on my tires. My boyfriend called and also argued with him and treated him the same way. He did ask us to bring the tires by to let him see them, but to call before to make sure he was there. We left straight after work today (March 27th, 2024) and got to this establishment. One of the employee’s let us know that he left at 10:00am (my boyfriend called at 9:16am this morning) and would not be returning. The employee that we dealt with ALSO tried gaslighting us on the lift with the same thing the owner said. Then gave us $300. I spent $200 September 27th, 2023. And to fix THEIR MISTAKE I had to spend $663 on March 26th, 2024. I just ate $336 on their mistake. Do not go to this place. The customers are never right and they obviously try to take advantage of women.
