They were supposed to change my oil and rotate my tires but as I drove my car after paying them for maintenance, I noticed it not sounding right and driving sluggish and the front tires wearing much faster than the back tires. Upon taking it to an obviously reliable oil change business I found out that neither had been done and upon applying real maintenance to the vehicle, all of the issues were addressed and it rides and sounds brand new. Jiffy lube charged me $136 for potentially damaging my new vehicle! Horrible business! Beware!!! If I could give less stars, I would!!!! Shame on you jiffy lube!!!

(Ok apparently you don’t even need new wipers for an inspection. They lied!) Then I was charged $55 for the most expensive wipers and changed my oil filter without me asking, adding on to the already expensive bill. Overcharged.
