  I completely enjoyed my experience with Fields Mazda. I recently moved to North Carolina and my Camry just wasn't the right car anymore. I went to 4 dealerships looking and driving SUVs that had 360° cameras. A serious back issues limits my mobility and this is a necessity. I was treated very well by everybody at the Mazda dealership, especially Tyler, my salesperson. Mazda gave me a great deal on the 1st offer. And then later gave me an acceptable deal on my Camry. I didn't even try to talk them down. I was happy with what I was offered the first time. I went to another dealership where they didn't hear me or respect me. Everything at Mazda was five star. A dealership I know in Florida used to have the slogan "the only pressure we give you is in the tires" That definitely applies at Fields Mazda.

  I recently took my Mazda3 to Fields Mazda in Asheville for service, and overall I had a good experience. While nothing about the visit necessarily wowed me, the pricing was very reasonable and my car was ready in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. Those two things go a long way, and it made the visit feel easy and worthwhile. I’d definitely return there again for service.

  I was greeted with a friendly smile yet professional way. Nicole took my information and explained the costs of the service I requested. The service was conducted while I enjoyed a cup of coffee that was offered. She then explained the charges and led me to a nice lady that took my payment. Nicole was professional and friendly and represented Field Mazda customer service at the top level of service. Thank you Nicole

  Really a great dealership! I bought a used 2018 Mazda CX-3 touring mini SUV from Fields Mazda of Asheville. Jake is the man to see about a used car… especially if you are a single woman and a little nervous about talking to salesmen. Jake put me at ease right away. He knows a lot about cars and loves his job. The price was great and the car a beauty! I drove it on Thursday and picked it up on Friday-quick, professional, they explained everything in detail which I appreciated greatly. Free car washes are an added bonus, one of many when you buy a car from any of their dealerships. A great experience and they will get my return business for sure. So go talk to Jake and tell him LeeAnne Smith referred you : )

  Shout out to Nathanael, Chris and Sam for taking such incredible care of me at Mazda the other day. The level of customer service and care, and the genuine willingness to help I experienced truly meant the world to me. And I couldn’t be more thrilled with my new CX50! It’s everything I wanted and more. The team here is incredible, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and appreciates an attractive, reliable ride!
