Was just about to pay and the manager walks over with his tablet and cancels my selection on the kiosk. He tells me that the basic wash isn't available and the cheapest option is the $18 wash. I'd avoid this location.

It would be awesome if there were signs or indicators showing which vacuums are in working order. I had to move my car three separate times today to find a vacuum for each side of my car.

Dwayne went above and beyond to address some serious dirt issues on my white vehicle. It was obvious that the staff had alot of respect for him!! It's rare to find a crew of Folks who actually seemed to enjoy their jobs AND their coworkers. It was actually my first trip bringing my car to ZIPS!! Ill by membership as soon as able. I'll definately be back! Dwayne and his team have set the bar pretty high for carwashes!! Thanks for the super clean car and outstanding service!!

Honestly when I came out of the wash, my truck didn't look the best (my fault I kept my hitch on) I wasn't going to say anything, but as I was vacuuming my car, one of the employees came out and was u happy with how my vehicle looked. He sent me back through for free and also handwashed beforehand.

I asked her to abort the transaction as she stranded me in a lane. I asked her to open the gate and let me leave without a wash.She came back and told me they wait on people in other lane first. I was in line well before others going through. Awful and terrible. I am not even from Asheville I was a tourist. Stay away!
