  What a horrid experience. I’ve avoided Zips car wash for a few years because I’ve had two separate occasions where my car had slipped off the tracks midwash, and I had to drive out of there to avoid the car behind me from hitting me. I decided to give them another chance and I will never go back to a Zips again. I pull up to the screen, I am almost done with my transaction when an employee comes out and informs me their “basic wash” isn’t working, but that I could get their “basic plus” or above…. Now, if the BASIC WASH is the baseline for their washes, tell me how the basic wash isn’t ALSO included in their more premium washes Not only was this poor upselling, but quite a scam. I will absolutely be contacting corporate regarding this conduct. I immediately left. Zips will no longer get my business.

  Im glad I have the membership, but $45 is a bit steep in pricing. Some locations washing machines are better than others. Very nice to have the vacuums always available after the wash.

  Sat in line for 20 minutes because you can’t purchase a car wash through the screen, you have to wait on an attendant to upsell you and there were none standing outside.

  I don't usually give poor ratings but this was the 2nd time I've had a bad experienced here. About 3 months ago I drove up to the car wash, I sat in line for almost an hour. I just wanted a Basic wash, because I was going to have it detailed in the next few days; when I finally got to the ONE person manning traffic, she told me that the "Basic" option was broken so I had to pay the next higher price for the wash ($18 vs. $12). I enquired as to whether I could get the wash for the basic price, since there was no signage at the entrance stipulating the issue, (& it was the issue of the car wash) so people can decide before they are stuck between cars & could not leave, plus the fact that it tool almost an hour in the line. She told me no; my vehicle needed a wash so I bought it anyway. I let it go even though I thought it was unfair. Today, Feb 5, '26, I decide to give you guys another shot. I got in the right queue, as I didn't know there was a difference between them. The lines were almost out to the street... as I moved forward I noticed a taped up white piece of paper, written in highghter. Only when I was right by the sign I could read what was written: "Membership Only." At this point, I couldn't back up, or exit the line. I kept moving forward expecting that when I got to the attendant, I'd explain that the sign cannot be read from a distance. I thought he would apologize and take my payment for the car wash; instead, he said, "I'll open the bar & you can go back around and get in line." This infuriated me... where is the service at this place. I'll never go there again; plus I spread the word about my experiences. I don't know if it's personnel or just the it is now.

  We can only clean one side of your wheels for some reason I guess insurance are not allowed to step over the track I'm not too cool with that they're not the only car wash that does that what's the point of doing one side?
