  I don't usually give poor ratings but this was the 2nd time I've had a bad experienced here. About 3 months ago I drove up to the car wash, I sat in line for almost an hour. I just wanted a Basic wash, because I was going to have it detailed in the next few days; when I finally got to the ONE person manning traffic, she told me that the "Basic" option was broken so I had to pay the next higher price for the wash ($18 vs. $12). I enquired as to whether I could get the wash for the basic price, since there was no signage at the entrance stipulating the issue, (& it was the issue of the car wash) so people can decide before they are stuck between cars & could not leave, plus the fact that it tool almost an hour in the line. She told me no; my vehicle needed a wash so I bought it anyway. I let it go even though I thought it was unfair. Today, Feb 5, '26, I decide to give you guys another shot. I got in the right queue, as I didn't know there was a difference between them. The lines were almost out to the street... as I moved forward I noticed a taped up white piece of paper, written in highghter. Only when I was right by the sign I could read what was written: "Membership Only." At this point, I couldn't back up, or exit the line. I kept moving forward expecting that when I got to the attendant, I'd explain that the sign cannot be read from a distance. I thought he would apologize and take my payment for the car wash; instead, he said, "I'll open the bar & you can go back around and get in line." This infuriated me... where is the service at this place. I'll never go there again; plus I spread the word about my experiences. I don't know if it's personnel or just the it is now.

  We can only clean one side of your wheels for some reason I guess insurance are not allowed to step over the track I'm not too cool with that they're not the only car wash that does that what's the point of doing one side?

  Vehicle car wash was unsafe was not doing their job handling the vehicle very well car accident and almost missed a person‘s car in front of us cause they did not like it right we had to we had to align our car right ourselves

  I had some dried mud streaks from following a dump tuck a few days ago so I stopped at the local Zips. I chose the $12 basic wash just to get the mud cleared off. Well, $12 wasted; only about half the mud was removed, the rest was still there and still very visible, on both the body and the glass. The attendant blew off my complaint saying that's all you get for $12. Never again.

  EDIT TO ADD: Since they want me to "contact them to reach a resolution," I already DID email you to request a refund for this service that I never agreed to sign up for, and you declined to do the right thing, even saying, "Please note that this decision is final and will not be overturned" In bold, red letters. Yes, that exact phrase was written in bold, red letters by your customer service rep, "Tina." How's that for service? Deceptive practices used to get you to sign up for promotion. I was told I was buying a month of unlimited washes for $24, and all of a sudden I'm being charged a monthly recurring fee which has now jumped to $35. I have nothing in writing that I signed, and definitely did not agree to this. When I called to request a refund of the $35 that was charged yesterday and is still "pending" on my bank ledger, they said I need a 7 day notice prior to being charged. Wonder which private equity firm owns this horrible company. Plus, the washes are TERRIBLE! Every time, I end up with a dirty back window, dirty tailgate, dirty rims, and just a terrible look around all the edges of the vehicle
