  Valvoline lost my Vehicle Registration. I was told to not worry about it as I could get another in the mail. Very little attempt was made to find the registration, and the attendants/management just wanted to shoe me away without fixing the problem. Police report has been filed.

  Let me begin with this was my only “To do list” item for the day so when I took my puppy out to potty in my pj’s I thought let’s just get the car inspected. I googled one open near me and this led me to this lovely establishment. Hunter met me at the car with the utmost professionalism when confronted with a woman in her pj’s, hair all over the place and morning breath with a 25 lb hound dog barking like she was confronting a bear trying to take her breakfast. He promised not to judge when mentioning said pj’s and I was escorted to the waiting room while Johnny performed my inspection with the thorough swiftness only a woman in her pj’s with wild hair hoping she doesn’t run into someone she knows appreciates. Out of all the Valvoline oil change establishments I have visited I will say this has the most professional employees who do their job quickly and efficiently which gave me the confidence they are extremely competent at what they do. I feel Hunter deserves the credit for this as he carries himself professionally and with a no-nonsense air about him. I would like to thank the guys for a job well done and the true “no judgement zone” early morning assistance of completing my “To do list!!”

  Every staff member is friendly and helpful. The manager Cory is incredibly professional and hands-on. He provides a personal touch to every customer that is not often seen by management staff. My service was completed efficiently and thoroughly. I was in and out in no time I will never go anywhere else for my oil change service!

  The staff at this location were very friendly and efficient. The manager Thomas and the assistant manager Hunter both spoke with me and updated me about my cars suggested maintenance. The technicians showed me my oil levels, filters, and asked about my preference regarding tire pressure. They checked all my lights and wipers too! Excellent service. I will definitely come back to this location again.

  I was not asked what oil change I wanted and instead of doing what was done last time, I was given the MaxLife oil change for $82. Tire rotation was $35, I do not remember it being so expensive. I had to pay $60 to have new windshield wipers put on or they would not pass my car for inspection. The wipers I had where fine. Tire pressure was low, warning light was on. I specifically asked that the tire pressure be checked. It was the same 30 psi as it was before I brought the car in. Work not done. I think the work was overseen by Cory, been there about 7 months. If not it was Moe. One was the manager and the other guy oversaw the work. I was told the entire inspection, oil change and tire rotation would take 10 minutes. Really? Assuming it was Cory, he was very personable and polite. He was great at upselling and pressure sales for Valvoline. Not good for me. $247.16. I had to take it right up my butt. Seems like the mechanics are always polite, but every time I go it seems like everyone is new. What is that about?
