- MHMichael HoldenOct 5, 20231.0If you are planning on renting a cargo van from these guys, don’t do it. It’s a bait and switch. I reserved a 9-foot van. They called two days prior to the pick up to say they “might not have one” but they would upgrade us to a 12-foot truck. I told them I was only transporting 3 rugs and didn’t need a truck, but so be it if that’s all they had when we showed up. But, when we got there they only had a 16-foot truck! And they didn’t care. Your reservation means nothing. It’s useless. Don’t trust them.
