  I got such wonderful service from Brandon , I came in because of the reviews I’m coming back because of the service. As luck would have it his boss was there today Mr Vaughn I believe so I was able to share the wonderful service Brandon provided! If you get a chance stop in for an oil change or rotation and ask for Brandon , you won’t be disappointed

  The service is great and the employees are wonderful at this location! I'd definitely buy tires from them again if my old clunker lasts long enough. This location was extremely kind and even went above and beyond for me! The staff were training new employees and still helped me threw my issues. The staff were even friendly towards my kiddo especially the technicians and interacted very well with my kiddo. They even gave me a discount and fixed issues the sales department caused. Unfortunately when I made the reservation via phone with the sales department in New york it was with a new hire. The guy added in tires, balancing and alignment and gave me a discount for some promotions it's suspected that when he gave the discount the system took out the alignment. It came out to $600 unfortunately it did not include the alignment even though it was put in the system and I was unaware until I saw my confirmation email. I called back a few days later to confirm I bought an alignment and tires for my appointment and the guy at the new york sales department (Mark something I believe, he stated he was the manager of sales but today a lady in sales said a Brian was the manager) reassured me I was paying roughly $600 for tires, taxes, and alignment and that the system puts it down as a balancing but that there would be no issues and to not pay anything extra at the store. He also said to not let the store talk me into buying more things as the stores tend to try to add on extra things. Unfortunately I went to the appointment and found out my $600 bill was supposed to be about $700. I panicked and called the sales department. They were able to tell the location that it was in the system but that it was "unclicked" in the final stages of the appointment making (could have been a system error or human error but should have been caught by (Mark/Mike in sales). Thankfully the employees at the location on tunnel road were extremely helpful and were able to get everything done for $600. The staff at the tunnel road location and the lady I talked to today in sales in New York were extremely helpful and so patient and kind. I truly appreciate that especially since my tires were already showing wires so I couldn't keep driving on them. Thank you so very much guys p.s. the woman you guys were training seems like such a great soul and I hope she works out for your location!!! Also for any customers who read this they do offer things like special valves for your tires and such that seem nice only my vehicle is very old and it's not worth it. If you have nicer or newer vehicles I'd recommend them.

  Had a FLAT tire with a nail in it, as soon as I got off work and was ready for rest. Had to come to Mavis in last minute and Brandon was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. By far the best customer service, affordability, and quality combination I've experienced thus far. Super Grateful for you and your team, Brandon. Thank You

  I've never reviewed a repair shop but the level of service and competence I received from the manager Brandon and One of the technicians irv were exemplary. They were kind and knowledgeable. I will be going back regularly for my service needs.

  Super solid folks, they have always been fantastic with my car. When you find a spot you trust, you stick with them, and the Mavis on Tunnel Rd. is the only place I'll take my car for any tire related issues. Thanks especially to Ron, I usually deal with him and he really works hard to make sure you're good to go.
