    I witnessed how poorly Joe Hudson’s Collision Center handled my family member’s repair. After replacing the screen in her car, it never worked correctly. Instead of fixing the problem, they tried to push her off to Honda, then to insurance, even though it was their responsibility. What’s worse is that they claimed they ran a diagnosis when they did not. Standing right there, I saw it. The dishonesty and refusal to take accountability is unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty and repairs that are guaranteed.

    My girlfriend and I brought our car here after a collision, and they replaced the display screen. From the beginning, we made it clear that we live out of state and needed the repair handled correctly. When we got back to Florida, the screen wasn’t working right. We called and emailed the shop, then brought the car back when we returned. Instead of fixing the issue, they told us to go to Honda, even though Honda confirmed it was Joe Hudson’s responsibility. They also claimed they ran a diagnostic, which definitely didn’t happen since we were standing right there. Since then, it’s just been excuses and no accountability. We’ve been more than patient, but the lack of honesty and professionalism has been really disappointing. We wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and professionalism of this location. After a collision repair, Joe Hudson’s replaced the display screen in my vehicle. From the start, I communicated that I live out of state, so everything had to be handled in a timely and reliable way. Once I returned to Florida, I discovered that the screen was not functioning properly. I immediately called and emailed the shop to let them know, and informed them that when I was back in North Carolina, I would bring the vehicle in for them to correct the issue. Fast forward a year later: I finally returned, brought the car back, and explained the problem. Instead of taking accountability, the representative told me to go to Honda. When I contacted Honda, they stated clearly that this is the responsibility of the collision center since they performed the repair. I called Joe Hudson’s again, and now they claim they ran a diagnosis (which is not true, I was standing right there and no such test was performed). They then tried to push the matter onto insurance. At this point, I am being given the runaround with no call-backs, no accountability, and no resolution. Not only was the repair not completed properly, but the staff have been dismissive and dishonest throughout this process. A collision center should stand behind their work, especially when it comes to safety and core vehicle functions. Instead, I’ve been left with a defective repair and a refusal to take responsibility. This experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering this location to think twice before trusting them with their vehicle.
