  We really like our new Tucson hybrid. And we appreciate our sales representative Adam for his care for us and our needs. We also thank Kyle for his assistance regarding financing our car. We would go back to them come the time we are in the market for a new car. Thanks guys.

  Adam was absolutely GREAT! Was honest, knowledgeable and got us out quickly, which was very important to me. He went over and above in helping us and teaching us about our new car. Would highly recommend him. Kyle was also great, explained things easily and again got us through the paperwork quickly.

  Had a check engine light on and a specific turbo engine issue with my vehicle that only the dealership was able to fully diagnose. That in itself was frustrating since I brought it to another mechanic in the first place. I’ve always been reluctant to bring my cars to the dealership for repairs or maintenance. Hyundai of Asheville did address the initial concern while also finding a host of other necessary components that needed replacing or maintenance. I was very surprised by their quotes for each item as they were very reasonable. Some fixes were even better priced than what I had been quoted at other shops around town. They also addressed a transmission fluid error from another mechanic in the past. Maybe it’s just the specific nature of my turbo charger Kona engine that is more complicated than other Hyundai models but I will definitely be entrusting my car with the dealership in the future.

  I had an emergency with my car, which had never happened before, so I reached out to Hyundai for help. Worried that it might take a long while to get an appt ,I called & was able to receive an appt for the next day. I was encouraged immediately that they would solve the problem quickly. And they did. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism from the minute I pulled into the lot. Concerned I might be there all day, my little prince of a dog, had fun playing with the staff & other customers. We had fun in the beautiful lounge, enjoying beverages and playing. Before I knew it my car was done. The service staff reviewed the details with me and off I went to enjoy the rest of the day in Asheville. What a great experience it was all in all.
