The check-out procedure was miserable but that is to be expected. Zero stars for the service department, which is a rip-off even by dealer service department standards. They will try to trick you into services you don't need at full-on criminal prices. Be sure you have in print and read carefully anything you agree to.

The woman at the desk was a delight to work with, and it all went smoothly. One tiny hint would be this: I got a text saying everything was green and everything was finished. But then it was another 25 minutes before my car was ready. I appreciated it being washed, but when that first text came, you might say in text - We are going to wash it so it won't be ready for a little While. This was my first oil change with my brand new car so I was not familiar with the process.

I turned the vehicle off and then cranked it again. The cruise control nor the lane assist were working. Fortunately for us I was able to make it home safely. Hyundai of Asheville told us sorry about your luck. If I was you I wouldn't buy a Hyundai, horrid customer service and all the dealers are like little territorial chiefs. So when I tried to call them they just kept hanging up on me. DO NOT GO TO HYUNDAI OF ASHEVILLE!!!!!!!!!!
