    I debated for a while on posting this, but here we go. I came into the dealership to help one of my clients. We were approached by the guy who sold us his car. He was trying to sell me a car right off the bat after a few times of saying no because I know my credit situation isnt the best after having my identity stolen he persuaded me to atleast try because "a week ago he got someone approved with a 495 zero down." I was immediately interested because my car at the time was falling apart. After running my credit not once like they said but 8 times total he calls me saying I was approved with a down payment which I understood and all I had to do was prove my income. So after 4 weeks of sending paycheck stubs and trying to maintain contact they completely ghost me. Instead of being honest which I had asked from the start if it was even worth trying and being told yeah we will get you into something I was completely left stranded. He also told me to save my money instead of getting my car fixed because it wasn't worth fixing which he was right about but it was my only vehicle and it got me to and from work. Im disappointed that he couldn't have been honest and tell me that I was denied like I had asked from the start. Just left a over all bad taste in my mouth about the whole dealership.

    This is my second car from Hyundai Asheville. Keep doing what y'all are doing. Very amazing people. Made me feel right at home and took as long as they needed to find me the perfect car. 10 out of 10 will buy here again. Shout-out to Elijah and Marina for being awesome sales folks and being very accommodating. 🤙

    Excellent treatment. I enjoyed the personal service and professional attention working through the purchase of a new vehicle. We drove from Charlotte to find the car of our dreams. Thank you again Adam and Kyle for your help. It made up for the bad experience at a Hyundai dealership in Charlotte on Thursday. I wish I could give 10 star, but Google gives the option on 5 stars.

    I found the exact car I was looking for online with Hyundai of Ashville. I live about three hours from there. The salesperson, Adam, was extremely helpful. He sent me extra videos of the car and answered all of my questions. He had everything ready for the purchase once we made the drive there. The car was exactly as he described. I would 100% recommend contacting him if you need to purchase a vehicle!!

    Well im stupid i should have been reading further reviews about service here i bought a 2024 vehicle but i didnt check it thoroughly the on board computer said service due so i looked under hood again and saw no washer fluid at all brake fluid was a little low and antifreeze was low as well i pointed it out to service about it saying service due they replied and said it was completed couple of days b4 and they didn't update info go figure lol free hand wash was a joke water spots made truck dirtier looking but now on to best part i washed by hand thank god i found my windshield is installed 1/2 gap on drivers A pillar leaving a hole and pass. Side trim is sticking out in the air if i had went to auto wash it would have ripped my windshield trim off and possibly more hyundai salesperson said oh well its not leaking in vehicle so too bad we wont fix it " not his exact words but you get the idea" thank you hyundai of Asheville for nothing in service department, btw the "its a used vehicle that you bought" so go anywhere else for a vehicle and you will be a lot happier in my opinion!! But like i said i didnt check out the truck as well as i should have..
