    I have owned Jeep Vehicles for over 25 years, this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with service. I had a fuel leak and the service department wouldn’t even look at my vehicle for 6 days! I was charged almost $500 in “diagnostic “ fees which I find very disappointing! After they diagnosed my vehicle; it took 7 more days to repair the issue. I spoke to the service manager and he did absolutely nothing to help me! I also called Jeep Corporate to ask for assistance, but they did nothing except call the service department and take their explanation of what happened. I have an extended warranty on my Jeep but the service department didn’t even call them to ask if the repair was covered? I am supposed to get a loaner vehicle with my warranty but I was told to take an Uber home and wait! Needless to say, I will NEVER take my Jeep to Field’s again, I’m also considering trading my Jeep for ANY other manufacturer!!!! I would rate this experience as Negative 10!!!!

    Absolutely the BEST service department I’ve ever worked with! As we traveled from SC to Ohio after Christmas, my truck developed a leak that we discovered on a Saturday morning. Brad answered my call and assured me they would check my truck, even though they closed early that afternoon, if I could get it to them. Thinking at first we had a transmission leak, they were prepared to assess for that. When they did their assessment, it was a leak from the water pump. Unable to get the part on a Saturday afternoon, Judah helped me find a nearby hotel and helped us relocate until Monday. On Monday morning, Fields personnel were at the parts place when it opened at 7am and my truck was repaired and ready to go by 9am! I could not have asked for a more responsive, courteous, professional and efficient service department! If my truck had to break down and need service, I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else!

    Wish I could leave them 0 stars! DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE! OR BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM HERE OR ANY FIELDS DEALERSHIP! My truck was here for 16 days and nothing got fixed. Heated seat still doesn't work because they don't work on seats, mirror light that fell off couldn't be fixed because it was from Impact and insurance wouldn't cover impacts (even though it wasn't from an impact), and they couldn't figure out why the transmission was sending implausible data to the ECM and causing the check engine light to come on. Unbelievable! I could never get in touch with my service advisor to find out what was going on. Turns out since they didn't want to fix anything, they just parked my truck in the back lot and apparently left it unlocked. Because it was broken into. They said it must have been "jimmied". Which isn't plausible because of the alarm system. I actually jimmied the door with it locked and when I opened the door the alarm went off, and its loud! So long story, as short as possible. A tech intentionally or unintentionally left the truck unlocked, someone stole several thousand dollars worth of stuff out of the truck, found my debit and credit cards that were accidentally left in the console and spent thousands at stores before I noticed it, the staff and general manager offered no resolution accept to tell me to file a police report, out of like 10 or 12 cameras in that lot they said my truck didn't have any camera footage on it. According to them most of the cameras are fake. They dont make enough money to buy cameras I guess. Not enough McLaren and Mercedes dealerships! To say the least this has caused me a lot of undo stress and has cost me a lot of money. I am currently in the process of taking them to court for at minimum, their negligence in leaving my truck unlocked but also for claiming they couldn't fix my heated seat, which is as simple as replacing the heating element and claiming they couldn't fix the mirror because it was from an impact, which they had no evidence of. Hope you have time to spend in court! I'll be seeing you soon! The local news networks may even cover it, we'll see.

    I Went in for an engine diagnostic and when I 1st arrived was greeted very poorly. The employer told me he was busy and had somewhere to be and that his associate would help me, another employee comes he asked if I had been helped, I explained what had just happened to where he then informs me that his associate didn’t have anything to do at that moment, and he shook his head Himself if that tells you anything. Once I received my diagnosis I was charged over 600$ for a simple engine diagnostic. After everything I had experienced I chose to take my business elsewhere. That’s not even it after taking my vehicle off the lot, the vehicle was left in worse condition that when I brought it in. My vehicle couldn’t exceed speeds of over 45mph, my gear was stuck in 3rd, and could not move to any other gears, my traction control system, couldn’t even be turned off. These are issues i never experienced prior to bringing my vehicle to this place. If this is the kind of business you like by all means, come to fields Chrysler dodge, Jeep and ram.

    I unfortunately was in an accident in November that left me without a vehicle. I wasn’t sure what I wanted my next car to be - Jesse and Dalton walked me through several different options and I finally landed on a Jeep Wrangler! The delivery process was quick and easy, I had an appointment set and made sure to send them all my information ahead of time - when I got there my car was waiting up front freshly detailed and paperwork was ready to be signed! Jesse was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure to walk me through all the features so I could get the most out of my new purchase. The energy of the dealership was overall amazing to see, everyone was so kind and happy to be there! 10/10 recommend buying from Fields CDJR!
