  I was in a very bad situation with a car that I had bought from Fields a couple years ago. It was a Jeep gladiator truck and I bought it pre-used and the transmission went out. I was in a serious predicament because I take care of my two twins, grandbabies, and my mother that has dementia and me being without a car is detrimental to our families well-being I went in, told him my situation and everyone there, including Adam, Alvin, Randy, the ladies at the front desk and the finance manager was amazing my situation that was horrible turned out to be fantastic. These people will absolutely help you if you are in a horrible situation with a car that you bought with them with no warranty Can’t thank them enough amazing group.

  Timothy Small was an open, upbeat, honest salesman. He did an excellent job listening to us and fielding all our questions. I would buy another car from him in the future. The GM worked to get us the lowest rate so we were in a payment we were comfortable with.

  Reviewing my recent experience with Fields RAM of Asheville, Nc repair of my 2014 Ram Eco Diesel. 1. Andrea in the service department did a fantastic job of working me thru the process, explaining details of my repair needs, and walking me through my timing concerns. She is personable, responsive, and she kept me advised as the repair process progressed. A big thanks to Andrea!! 2. Fields only has one diesel mechanic on staff. This results in extended lead time and scheduling of routine repairs and more immediate repair needs. In the past I have been able to drop off my truck and have it “worked-in” as natural gaps in scheduling occur. The initial contact when I stopped to have my codes checked said this is no longer available and the wait for an appointment to get to see the service writer was a month. If in need of more immediate work, this is an unacceptable dilemma for a working vehicle owner.

  Our experience was being quoted a $1,000.00 more than it was. We explained how we needed the vehicle back by a certain time (they had three full days). We were needing the vehicle to drive to an event out of state. Rainy first quoted the price approximately a $1,000.00 LESS and said it would be ready at a certain time; both were false. The service department worked on my Mojave and the Wrangler….both were returned back there after driving for less than 30 minutes or so, due to wobbly wheels and engine light coming on. (Took both on Saturday….they kept the Wrangler till Wednesday) (I was told they couldn’t balance my tires because one of the tires’ band was broke, this tire has no indication of that. I was told they probably didn’t know how to.) This was our experience. I was sent this link to provide a review.

  Bought a 2012 jeep grand Cherokee this past November and also purchased a 75000 mile extended bumper to bumper warranty. Temp guage started showing it was running hot. They said it needed a thermostat and installed one. It continued to run hot so I took it back on Sept 1st and it’s still not repaired! They said I had to approve an $834 charge for their mechanic to do a 4 hour tear down to see what the problem was. It’s been two months now and still not been repaired. Called multiple times and left messages with the service manager and haven’t heard anything back from him. Then I went and saw their general manager and all he did was to have me walk to one of their secretaries and told her to call the warranty company ( Prime Protect Co) and she was going to try to get it fixed. Weeks have gone by and still no response from this dealership.( Buyers beware) Sincerely, VERY disappointed customer 😞
