Jake worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Their first offers on my trade were not great but after several days of back and forth I got a deal I felt good about. The car they sold me had a stellar Carfax and appears to be in great almost new condition after a couple weeks of driving it so far. I do feel that they try to be competitive with other sellers which is not something I experienced with other dealers while shopping around.

Before you take your vehicle to Fields CJDR for service, understand this is how they handled mine.
I brought in a 2015 Ram EcoDiesel for:
• Cylinder 6 glow plug code
• P0299 turbo underboost code
I was told I would receive a diagnosis for the underboost issue within three business days. After a week, the truck had not been evaluated.
I approved just over $1,000 to replace the glow plug and a MAP sensor.
During the glow plug replacement, the technician broke the plug off in the cylinder head. I was then told the only solution was an $8,600 cylinder head replacement.
I was never warned in advance that this repair carried that level of risk.
When I declined the head replacement and asked for the vehicle to be reassembled, I was told I would need to pay an additional $418 just to have the engine put back together.
After nearly a month in their possession (while I paid for a rental car), I picked up the truck.
Within 100 yards, it was obvious the underboost issue had not been resolved. The truck went back into limp mode within 1/4 mile. The MAP sensor replacement did not fix the problem.
An independent diesel shop later:
• Successfully extracted the broken glow plug
• Diagnosed the real issue as a failed intake manifold
• Repaired the vehicle correctly
Fields charged me over $1,000, damaged a component during service, did not resolve the original complaint, and returned the vehicle in worse condition than when it arrived.
When I escalated concerns to management, I was told the dealership would not take responsibility.
Two weeks later, I received a request for a “perfect 10” survey score. When I responded with my experience, I received no reply.
If you value:
• Accurate diagnostics
• Accountability when something goes wrong
• Timely service
• Clear communication
I would strongly recommend you consider other options.

Well it was a very pleasant surprise to experience true customer service again ! Jake Mills the salesman , Jess in finance and Juda the service manager were spot on and very professional! I drove 6 hours out of state due to Nick Mayer a local detail basically chasing me out the door . And I’m glad they did ! I found a newer better lower mile vehicle for a better price . And again the whole experience was great ! Thank you Jake and Fields for having a great sale department! Highly recommend them .

This was my first time having my jeep serviced at this dealership. I dealt with Nicole who was nice. As her and I talked about the potential issues, there were certain questions I asked that dealt with warranty that wasn’t mentioned in person but later sprung on me. Even though I specifically asked about this certain thing. Could have been a miscommunication on my end, no problem. I left my jeep there for 1-3 business days as we discussed. On the 2nd day I was texting with Nicole and asked if it will be done today, or should I anticipate the next day. I was told it will be done today, and that was at 2:30 pm. I then tried to follow up at 5pm asking if there was an update on my jeep and didn’t hear back. So then I called the dealership and Nicole was gone for the day and no update was given. I then came in the following day to see what’s up(after I called 2 times that morning AND left 2 voicemails and didn’t hear back). When I got in I assumed there would be people there and they would be busy due to the fact that I never got an answer or a call back and the place was empty. The guy that was there(who I left the voicemails for) was just sitting at the desk chillin. I explained to him what I was there for and he couldn’t see to find it. He then called Nicole, the person who told me my truck would be done the day prior, and she says they haven’t even started working on it. FINALLY, thy started on it and it was done within the hour. I also authorized the price of my repairs and if it wasn’t for me hawing the messages proving that I was told a certain price, I was about to be charged $250 additionally. Very bad experience. Attitude with my questions I asked, false information, poor communication, and a lack of attention to detail. The only reason I put 2 stars is because Nicole was nice initially and the guy who finished the deal at the work done on the fly. If not, I may still be here waiting on a text from Nicole.

What a horrible experience. I brought it in for a recall notice in the notice it said that it would take 1 to 3 hours for it To be examined and repaired. When I got there though with an appointment they told me it would take 1 to 3 days. Well that was not a big deal I dropped it off first thing on Tuesday. When they never called me at Thursday afternoon I called and left a message on the voicemail. Nobody called me back so I called again on Friday. Nobody called me again so I called on Saturday. Nobody called me again on Monday at 11 o’clock so I called them again. I finally got somebody Monday at 11 o’clock and indicated that Brad was on the phone and he would call me back immediately thereafter. I waited a couple hours and he still didn’t call me back so I called again I left another message. There after I called and asked to speak with the service manager they were not there that day so they said they would put me through to the GM. When I they passed me through the GM didn’t pick up and I again left another voice message. As of today I still have yet to receive a call from the general manager. I eventually pick my car up Monday afternoon so they had my car for a full week. When I explained to Brad it was unprofessional for him not to call me back he said I told you 1 to 3 days. I said that still didn’t answer my question. in addition 1 to 3 days would’ve been at the end of Thursday at the very least. So I don’t know what he’s referencing to but he kept repeating it over and over.
UPDATE: so while my car was there to be dealt with the recall issue which by the way they didn’t fix. They said they didn’t have to. They quoted me $711 to fix my passenger visor that broke at hinge that was 29 days past my warranty. I had my wife order the part for $110 and she fixed it in 20 minutes. Absolute crooks!!!
