Jared really helped me out when I was in tremendous need! My car broke down in Asheville when I was traveling. I was forced to leave my car in Asheville to get worked on. Jared was able to sort me a car and get me back on the road, and able to get home safely.

Terrible service.
They didn't honor my confirmed pickup time. The time they offered was the same time as a doctor's appointment, which I had to cancel.
When I obviously became upset, the person I spoke with said they can refuse to rent to me "so there you go" very rudely and hung up.
I cancelled the reservation and used a competitor.
Very unprofessional!

I’ve tried three times this year to reserve a car from this location. All three times I was notified two hours before my scheduled pick up that they did not have a car availability. I won’t be using them anymore and will find a rental alternative. Very disappointed to say the least.

This shout out is for Rebecca the awesome manager at the Patton Ave location… I had reserved a rental at enterprise on tunnel rd & went to pick it up. The guy there told me they didn’t have any vehicles available & didn’t offer any solutions for me… I was pretty upset obviously since I’d made the res & desperately needed a vehicle since mine was broken down. They told me I could try the Patton Ave location so I went there and the manager Rebecca was very helpful & she got me into a vehicle and even upgraded me to a truck which was really nice. I appreciate her so much & would definitely recommend this Enterprise location!

This Enterprise location is great. Becca and her team are committed to doing right by you, you've just got to understand how Enterprise works.
Enterprise has a 29 minute grace period - like it or not, it's true. If you're going to be late, just call them! Keep in mind that tardiness with no communication may result in your car being given away, and when you eventually show up, you will probably need to be upgraded to keep the reservation. I rented routinely through the month of October for consistent work travel to the NC coast, and I was late the first day and didn't call - I just assumed they'd keep my reservation for several hours. However, they are just too busy and in demand to reasonably expect that of them. I ended up needing to accept an F150 (I wasn't complaining about that, haha). But if the mistake is mine, it should cost me, and that's fair. I made sure to be on time the rest of the appointments!
The team at Patton Ave will do whatever they can to help you; however, the rule of thumb applies when dealing with customer service folks - ultimately, you're going to receive what you give out. Treat them well!
