  Love the staff! Alysia got us squared away and put us in exactly what we wanted, she was 10/10! she should definitely get a raise! I definitely know where I’m going for my next rental.

  Great staff with exceptional customer service. Needed to rent a car after getting in a car accident. Alyssa took great care of me. Great communication and great car.

  Communicate with each other i was renting due to my car being totaled and i paid every week no hesitation. the issue was after I would bring the car to be checked and make the New week payment they where not logging in the system that the car was brought in and check by a representative there, i also called in spoke with a tall Caucasian women with dark hair told her my car was totaled she told me she could give me the car at its discount for 7 days. but again did not Communicate any of this with the rest of staff nor was this logged after the seven days they kept charging me the same amount so I assumed everything was ok, I called everytime I paid over the phone or I went in store when it needed to be checked.... So they called me on a Tuesday after I made my payment for another week that past Saturday, and told me that I had to bring the car back so they could charge me full price and also check the car, keep in mind I had just went there that past Saturday to pay for another week and for the guy rep could check it. Again nobody Communicated any of this nor did he log it in the system so I ended up losing my money never got my deposit back and losing transportation with in three days of using my last to pay for the car for one more week couldn't get my kids to school and almost lost my job cause I had no transportation or money to get to work or get my kids to school. All this behind there own lack of communication with each other and not properly logging information or staying on top of there job so no I will never use them again worse experience I've ever had.

  Turned a stressful situation around!! A HUGE shout out to Alyssa!! We are from out of state and someone hit our vehicle and we needed a rent a car to get home! Alyssa was tremendous. Kind, personable, empathetic… she came and picked up us (and even changed locations for us when we ended up at the tow lot instead of the hotel!) Was able to do the rental in the car so we didn’t have to go inside (did I mention it was a couple hours before a huge snow storm?!) Highly recommend this location and Alyssa!!!
