After a recent accident, I needed a rental car, and the service was 5-star from the moment they picked me up at the collision center to the moment I signed the paperwork. I am currently transporting my 86-year-old mother to doctor appointments—she is in poor health with Stage 4 COPD—and the staff was incredibly professional and compassionate regarding our needs. A huge thank you to Ms. Rebecca Lesley, Ted and the young gentleman who helped me with my agreement today. They made a stressful situation much easier with their kindness and efficiency.
