    I experienced poor customer service today. After spending top dollar on a long term rental, of a luxury SUV in another state. Visiting Asheville are, I suffered a flat tire. ENTERPRISE ROAD ASST, wanted to charge $68... i used my own AAA...Then had to take car with donut spare to closest Enterprise counter at AVL...It took too long to process and then they gave me a tiny compact SUV, I'm 6'4 , now I must finish out my rental in this small compact SUV. that has minimal horsepower to get me thru the mountains to home. Like it's my fault , the sidewall blew out.... I'm going to complain everywhere and switch to AARP/Avis..

    To whom ever wants to rent a car, beware of Enterprise. Had a car reserved and after having someone drive me 45 minutes to pick it up I was told my reservation had been cancelled. Of course they informed me hat they tried to call but my number was invalid (of which is not true) they also said they tried to email me. There again not true because I can check in spam, trash and inbox. So my advise is to look elsewhere for a more reliable company.

    A well deserved 1 star. I was put on hold for nearly 2 hours at three locations trying to reserve a one way. Listening to their propaganda about treating customers right. I will try hertz now.

    Called hours after making reservation, left a voicemail telling me my reservation was unavailable for today but could do tomorrow. I call back and wait on hold for over 20 minutes. Speak to an agent finally and she cannot find my reservation, says it doesn't exist (even though they called me about it). I ask to make a new reservation over the phone for our company. She states we cannot use a company credit card because it doesnt match the name on the employees license. States we would have to make a corporate account but she has never done that and cant do it today. I ask how to navigate this issue and why the original reservation accepted the card and license provided. She proceeds to hang up. We will just use a different company moving forward. Customer service is atrocious.
