When I tell you I called and spoke with the manager JD, he was so apologetic and assured me that they would take care of the situation and he did just that!! JD at enterprise Tunnel RD IS AMAZING!’ Despite the situation today I will ALWAYS BE A CUSTOMER OF THIS LOCATION!!

There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the back, noticeable but we were able to mitigate with an air freshener. I mentioned it to the rep and he knocked a day off of the final bill. Convenient location for anyone in downtown or east Asheville

The points from the last rental would have given me a free rental. I can see why they never processed it. Be careful. When it's time for the free rental they won't give it to you!!!

Then the guy on the phone hung up on me while I was trying to figure something out. Ridiculous and much less than I expected from Enterprise.
