The first time they didn't tell me until I came to pick up the car that my reservation was delayed a day due to weather related damage assessment. And today I was picked up from the repair shop and driven to the wrong location. Luckily they were able to accommodate, but it could've been avoided if they had bothered to ask if I even needed a ride from the repair shop.

I go to pick it up and they state they have no cars available and won’t until two days later. I told them it has been set up for a month. They said “yes, we did receive everything from your insurance company but unfortunately we don’t have any more rental cars right now. I asked them about trying another enterprise location, and they told me not to because they probably wouldn’t be able to help either. They did not apologize or even look into what the problem was of the reason why my reservation that was made over a month ago is now not being honored until two days after I needed the car to get back and forth to work. They did not apologize, they had an “oh well” attitude, and gave no explanation or even trying to figure out the problem! This is not acceptable at all on so many levels.
