    could not be happier with the customer service of a very wonderful and pleasant young man named Hayden So nice and respectful Never met this fella in my life, and I would trust him holding my wallet or the keys to my house or car Point being, solid citizen Very knowledgeable about parts and prices, super quick Overall pleasant demeanor I would drive across town to do business with this location His manager also super cool and professional as well Reasonable prices and good service shop here!

    I had a back brake light out in my Honda accord and Christina was able to check stock for me and found there was a sale on the 2 pack of lights needed. When I got to Autozone on Tunnel Rd, Christina changed both lights for me and when we had slight issue with clips, Paco stopped his lunch break mid stream to help us troubleshoot. Thank you Christina and Paco for excellent customer service and knowledge. I will continue using your store for my auto needs!!!!

    I came up to Asheville for the weekend and was about to drive 2 and a half hours home when I realized I didn’t have any coolant. The Autozone staff went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful for them. Simon helped me with my car and even helped me with things I didn’t know I needed help with. And Jess was very quick to offer assistance when I came into the store. Such great employees! Wish this store was closer to my home town!
