  Terrible experience this morning 11/1 @ 11AM. Employee refused to give me his name for this review (wonder why). Wearing black hat, and black outfit. Came in to return parts I ordered online, because they didn't fit. First thing with and attitude the employee says "this is why we tell y'all to come into the store and not order online". Is that not why there is the fitting option on the website, to make sure it fits? Then my code for the return comes up as an error. He just looks at me and says "there is nothing I can do". What do you mean? "You'll have to return it through fed ex" What?! FedEx isn't going to do a return for my autozone parts. I just needed a solution, and empathy that the parts I ordered didn't fit. I ended up calling the 1800 line and received help. All I needed was a code from them, this could've been handled at the store level. Mind this was my second attempt at returning. The first time a different employee told me to come back when a manager was available to help.

  I'd never visited an Auto Zone before, but as I was dealing with a dead 12-volt battery on my Prius hybrid, and as these guys at the 1960 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville NC location were conveniently close to where my crippled car was, I decided to give them a shot. Jordan, the manager, was more than helpful and cooperative. I talked to him on the phone prior to my arrival, he indicated that they could help me, and the two of us made plans to have me arrive the following day to have him check everything out. Unlike some technicians and service guys who are baffled by the Prius' peculiarities , he knew exactly the steps to take and went straight to giving me a jump, thoroughly testing my battery (which had indeed croaked in a recent cold snap we've had in the mountains), and swiftly installed a new one that they had in stock and had me "back on the road" without a long or tedious wait. I'm sure to return to this Auto Zone when I have other "automotive needs." And would recommend others to give these guys at this Auto Zone store a chance to help them with parts, quick but precise testing, knowledgeable advice, and automotive assistance.

  Highly recommend this location. Jenn was a huge help after we had an emergency stop-very knowledgeable, helpful and gave us in-depth answers about the issue with my mother's Toyota sensors. Jenn even took the time to help top off our brake fluid, which we appreciated.
