  Stopped in yesterday to have a slow leak checked out on my 2017 Mustang GT. Josh was quick to offer his kindness and skills. These guys jumped in just before closing time and fixed my girl up! On another note, a young lady came in about 10 minutes after us with a flat. She had made arrangements for someone to pick her up and leave her car since they were closing. These guys were amazing. Closing time didn’t matter. Customer service did. Keep up the great job guys!

  I had a flat tire and was able to pull off to this Mavis 10 minutes before they closed. The associate Matthew, helped me and was able to take me in right before closing! He was able to diagnose my flat tire in under ten minutes and helped me find a new tire replacement even after hours. I’m incredibly grateful for him and his teams’ service! Thank you Mavis in Asheboro!!

  Had an appointment set up for 10am and got there 10 minutes early, I noticed a cat arrived after me but was pulled in the bay before me. I let it go, until 30 minutes past my appointment time I finally asked how much longer would it be and it would be another hour before my vehicle would be serviced. So there was no point in setting up a appointment because my time was not honored! I personally will never return and I told the tech I spoke with I wouldn't. Due to the day before they called me to come in early but I had prior obligations which was the point in the appointment

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! As someone who isn’t a 'car expert,' I’ve felt dismissed or intimidated at other shops, but Josh and Matt were the complete opposite. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and took the time to truly break down the information I needed without making me feel small. They went above and beyond to help me find the best price on a new tire and made sure I left feeling confident and valued. If you want honest service and a team that treats you with genuine respect, this is the place to go!

  I am at a very bad place in my life right now. I needed tires, oil changed and few other things to be checked. Joshua and Matthew worked with me far beyond what they had to. They saw my windshield wipers. I was out of money. They knew I was going on a long trip alone. They worked with me so I could get new windshield wipers. I am so, so thankful. Whatever you can do to let them know how grateful I am would be appreciated. Thank you all again. God bless you all. Mary Smith
