  There was soap still on my passenger side when I left... Twice.... And the tires weren't shined like they were supposed to be!!! I called customer support and got an email to respond to. The kid who gave me the number to call said... good luck with that.

  Its getting very frustrating. There has been no tire shine on the passenger side for roughly 6 months & all I hear over & over again is that the repair request has been submitted. Plus the prewash spray at the entry seems to be out of order more than the McD’s ice cream machine. I pay for 3 memberships. Do better.

  We’ve given this car wash so many tries. We’ve had memberships that we’d cancel, then renew after “upgrades” or “new management”. All in all we’ve had an ongoing on/off membership since around 2019. No matter who has taken over, or what “upgrades” were made, this car wash falls short. The wash itself is fine. Although it doesn’t rinse all the soap off, it does an okay job. I’ve never noticed any damage from it. The issues begin when you try to clean the interior of your car. They always have the trash cans tucked under the compressors, making it impossible to throw anything larger than a piece of mail in the cans. I have no clue why they do this but it’s been this way for months. They occasionally have spray bottles and rags, if you’re lucky. The biggest complaint I have is the vacuums. They are horrendous. Usually the hose isn’t even in the housing because there’s zero suction. If you want to suck up any crumbs, dirt, hair, dust, etc from your vehicle you can forget about it. You will not be able to do so at Zips. Again, this wasn’t a one time incidence. It was every visit, over the course of years. We mentioned it to the employees numerous times but they didn’t care. All of our membership cancellations have been largely attributed to the lack of functioning vacuums. A seasonal complaint is the yellow jacket nests during spring and summer. They infest yearly, and Zips never seems to get a hold of the situation with pest control.

  Bought a 18.00 car wash 54 days ago and was just recently fraudulently charged an additional $25 on my credit card ! They are scammers , do not use a credit or debit card at zips 😡👿👎👎👎 —— well it’s 3/12/26 and zips still hasn’t refunded the $25 back to my debit card that they fraudulently stole from me. Beware of their attendant’s who stop you from using the standard card reader and tell you that you must let them swipe your card on a hand held tablet style device ! ( pretty shady business practices). 😾
