  My daughter and her friend had a blowout yesterday and these guys said that they would only sell them four tires instead of replacing the one they needed. Such a terrible example of trying to take advantage of kids.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I called asking for specific tires and was sent to a call center claiming they did in fact carry the tires I wanted and were adamant i set up an appointment when all I wanted was to purchase the tires (no appointment needed for service desk operations) When I arrived I was given an eyeroll about the call center and their lack of information because they in fact did NOT have the tires I was looking for but I was in a pinch and opted for a different series but same brand of tire. I bought 2 brand new tires for $350 (originally they were $385) and had them privately mounted and balanced. I did not drive on the new tires until 2 days later on my birthday were I then blew a tire on HWY 25south where I then found out the tires they gave me were 3 almost 4 years old causing scuffing and chipping off my paint and literally bending my fender out so bad I had to roll my fender back in place (you can actually see it in the photo). Most places won't even mount tires that are 4 years old and certainly won't if they're 5 years old. I returned and told them of the ordeal and they graciously warrantied 2 brand new tires of the actual series tire I wanted and didn't charge any mount or balance fee but the tires are still 2 years old (thanks I guess). I put the 2 brand new wheels on my car and went to take it home and lo and behold, I had a flat not even 20min from my house. Thankfully I caught it before it blew and caused more damage to my car or ruined my wheel and was able to get off the road before anything else happened. A great samaritan who was behind me stopped to make sure I was okay and to help with the tire change etc, come to find out his name is Brett from QuickLane of Asheville Ford, he helped me get my tire changed and get me back off the highway and told me to bring my wheel in the next day and he would help diagnose and fix it. Doing exactly that, Brett was able to find that when the techs at Mr.Tire mounted my new tires they did not change my valve stem and I had a valve stem leak. Brett free of charge got my wheels fixed and got me back on the road so when in doubt go to QuickLane by Asheville Ford and ask for Brett, great dude. I do not recommend Mr.Tire, anything to make money and cant take the time to cross their T's and dot their i's to get new customers and keep old ones🙄

  Your Arden location in North Carolina is awesome! They have done me a great job. I used to use the Tunnel Road location and they were fine for a year or two, they recently told me they couldn’t change the tires on my flatbed, even though they’ve already done it. I bought six tires from them and somehow they got them on the truck. When I went back for rotation and one new tire that had gone flat, they said they couldn’t lift the truck cause it was 10,000 pounds. I don’t know how they lifted it in the past, but not this time. But I don’t want you to get confused. The Arden location took care of me, the Tunnel Road location. I will never use again.
