  These guys are top notch. I made the mistake of taking my car to a discount themed paint shop and they messed up my radar collision system by scuffing the radar housing. I was trying to figure what they did to see if I could possibly fix the problem myself but I was afraid I may make it worse. Sean was able to identify the exact issue and tell me what needed to be done to fix it. I've also used these guys in the past and they've been great. Lesson learned. Don't try to save a few bucks when getting importany body work done on your vehicle.

  They did a really good job and put back an emblem on the tailgate, which my daughter was very excited about.

  Truly the best repair shop one could ask for. Chris was so kind the moment I arrived. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and was told it would be ready in a week. I was able to pick it up Thursday morning! My car looked like it was never in a wreck, they cleaned the exterior and the interior smelled like lemons! Chris is great, the very sweet woman at the check in desk is great, great communication all around. I cannot recommend them enough!

  Quality repair, communication could improve. I recently received 2 repairs from Joe Judson Collision. On the first repair, the process went quite smoothly until I picked up my car. I'd arrived very close to 5:00, the time their shop closed. The man rushed my keys and printout out to me and took my rental car keys. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the repair was incomplete (door guards had not been reinstalled). But they'd already locked their doors, so I called and left a voicemail. This was a Friday afternoon. The following Monday, I did not receive a call back, so I called their shop about 4:30pm. They apologized, said they'd seen that I'd made a 2nd appointment for repair (which I had, for a different incident), explained they'd been in a hurry to leave Friday, and apologized for not letting me know about the missing door guards. They assured me the door guards would be installed during the second repair. After the second repair was complete, all the door guards were in place, and I was happy with the result and quality of the repairs. However, the company's lack of communication and follow up on an incomplete repair was a letdown. They did, however, give continued and accurate email updates regarding the process and I did appreciate that. So overall, I'd recommend Joe Hudson Collision.
