  I recall a time there was a young man, here at this location by the name Steffon. He is no longer here and it shows. There are remnants of this young man in a couple of employees whom he did train but are not currently in a managerial position…. and I recommend they be considered. The current manager seems to focus more on his ego of being a manager and not the efficiency that is necessary to satisfy a everyday customer. Hopefully this will change, to consider a different location would be very inconvenient for me.

  The Arden NC location is hands down the best. I have rented several vehicles from this location and never had any issues with my rentals. Even when they dont have what I reserved due to last minute reservation they do whatever they can to accommodate and make sure I still get a rental at a reasonable price

  I’ve rented here a few times. The staff is friendly and leaders step in to help answer questions or assist if there are any issues or questions that need to be addressed. Very pleased with the service each time.

  Checked in online night before. Reservation for 8a, showed up at 9a d/t snow delay and my car magically was given away. Had to pay extra for SUV.

  This was one of the worse experiences I have ever experienced. I reserved a car for a one way trip due to the death of a family member. I needed to fly to Asheville and drive home. The manager called me at 4pm ish, the night before my 6:30am flight to tell me with many excuses why I couldn’t have the rental, everything from the fact that I didn’t have a North Carolina drivers license to major credit card. The manger was rude, unprofessional, even hung up on me when I was explaining that it was unprofessional to call me literally less than 24 hours to cancel my reservation. This cost me financially as well as the stress of not having transportation upon my arrival. I called the toll free Enterprise number multiple times with no return call. I realize this is a big company, but the lack of professionalism and beyond poor customer service needs noted. I could have rented a car in my home state for a fraction of what this cost me. Had she called me in a timely fashion, I could have changed plans. This manager and company cost me 5 times as much money due to her lack of management. To call and cancel less than 24 hours is not acceptable. I couldn’t cancel my flight or make other arrangements. The worst experience and customer service ever.
