  Very professional. Even though I failed the inspection they were quick to recommend once fixed, bring back for deeply discounted reinspection cost.

  This place is terrible! Went in yesterday in a brand new truck!!! They couldn’t even put filter on correctly now I have a check engine light on and half my oil is underneath my truck. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  The girl with the dyed red hair was not good. I don’t think she knows much about servicing cars. I went in for an oil change. I had a Groupon which includes checking Fluid in automatic transmissions, Wiper blades, Power steering fluid, Headlights and taillights, Windshield washer fluid, Antifreeze/coolant, Tire pressure and checking the Air filter. Well she did check my filter under the hood but she did not check my cabin filter. She did not check my headlights and taillights. I had to ask her to check my tire pressure and she goes “oops I forgot.” When she was done she did not tell me to turn my car on and she was waving me out. I’ve had issues with the staff here every time but I think next time it’ll be better. Like last time I got an oil change they forgot to take the old oil out and just topped me off with new oil! This valvoline is closest to my house so please do better. It starts from the top. I see a bunch of bad reviews about the store manager so maybe think about getting a new manager and a new team.

  I’ve been here a few different times. I’ve always had a great experience. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I recommend coming here!

  The mechanics were pleasant. They also kept me apprised of the process throughout and I was able to remain in my vehicle, which was nice as the weather was chilly.
