From the very first phone call, the experience was night and day compared to another location I recently dealt with. John and Chris, who I spoke with on the phone, were both polite, helpful, and immediately set the tone. When I arrived, that same level of professionalism carried through in-person with Chris and the rest of his team. They took care of a tire rotation for me that wasn’t completed at another Mr. Tire. No hassle, no attitude, no excuses. Just handled it. Chris then went above and beyond by actually taking the time to look over my tires and letting me know that two of them weren’t in great shape. He gave me a quote to replace them that was genuinely generous, and most importantly, there was zero pressure to do it that day. Just honest information so I could make my own decision like an adult. As if that wasn’t enough, he also gave me a quote for an oil change that was less than half of what I had just paid elsewhere. Again, no pressure, just transparency. This location completely restored my faith in the brand. Chris and his team clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows from the moment you call to the moment you walk out the door. I’ll absolutely be coming back, and I’d recommend this location to anyone who wants straightforward service without the runaround.
