- ANAVL Notary2 days ago4.0Quality repair, communication could improve. I recently received 2 repairs from Joe Judson Collision. On the first repair, the process went quite smoothly until I picked up my car. I'd arrived very close to 5:00, the time their shop closed. The man rushed my keys and printout out to me and took my rental car keys. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the repair was incomplete (door guards had not been reinstalled). But they'd already locked their doors, so I called and left a voicemail. This was a Friday afternoon. The following Monday, I did not receive a call back, so I called their shop about 4:30pm. They apologized, said they'd seen that I'd made a 2nd appointment for repair (which I had, for a different incident), explained they'd been in a hurry to leave Friday, and apologized for not letting me know about the missing door guards. They assured me the door guards would be installed during the second repair. After the second repair was complete, all the door guards were in place, and I was happy with the result and quality of the repairs. However, the company's lack of communication and follow up on an incomplete repair was a letdown. They did, however, give continued and accurate email updates regarding the process and I did appreciate that. So overall, I'd recommend Joe Hudson Collision.
