I arrived to be met with Ally be very rude from the beginning of the conversation. Where she told me they didn’t have anything available. Wasn’t even greeted she just said “can I help you with something” in a very rude way. Was able to make a reservation calling enterprise for the next day. Ally then proceeded to call me very rudely saying she didn’t have anything available. Ally is a very rude person to be a manager. Will definitely not recommend this location to anyone.

The left hand doesn’t know what the right one is doing; the website says they have 6 cars available when they have zero, their outsourced call center tells you a third thing. The actual ground truth is anyone’s guess. Just to be sure, I called to confirm the vehicle I’d reserved was actually available, was out on hold for 20 minutes, told yes, then drove 45 minutes only to show up and be told no- no vehicle. But “maybe in an hour”. Or maybe 3 hours. The rep behind the counter in Arden continually blamed me for their broken systems. Rude and unapologetic. I assume this is a problem with every Enterprise franchise, but Arden’s staff has a palpable sense of learned helplessness about it- “this kind of thing happens every day” this rep tells me. “We don’t know why the website says we have cars when we don’t.” And finally “They won’t listen to us” when I ask if Enterprise management knows how disconnected their website, call center and physical location are. One thing’s for sure- I’ll never rent from Enterprise again in my life! As if there aren’t so many better choices, either…!
