Under no circumstance could I, a normally calm and collected guy, would I have taken such egregious and uncalled for behavior by this woman. Loki absolutely deserves employee of the month, if not the year, for having dealt with this woman. Her behavior made me lose faith in humanity almost on the spot if my faith hadn't been restored by Loki. The details of the woman's argument was that she was told, wrongfully, by someone that Advanced Auto would change her headlight for free, in case anyone wanted to know. God bless you Loki, and God help that woman.
