  Sebastian was AMAZING! However, management rubbed me wrong several times. I was told they don’t allow for people to have their own Mechanic look at the vehicle they want to purchase. Also, it was detailed twice, engine bay has sand all over it, tires and wheels were dirty BOTH times afterward. Disappointed with the Sold Car Prep and attention to detail for a BMW dealership, including Finance Manager.

  Had a rear tire blow out while traveling. BMW Roadside dropped it off after hours. Al got in touch first thing next morning. Got the tire put on same day. Told him I was a couple hours away. Said I could pick the car up until 7pm and front desk would check me out. We were able to grab snacks and drinks while there. Most of all Al offered some amazing local restaurants near by for dinner. We tried a awesome place after picking up the car. If ever in the Asheville NC area. Would highly recommend.

  I had the best experience at BMW of AVL. I went in to the dealership looking to trade in my car for an X4. The team found the car I wanted at the price I was willing to spend. Everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful, especially my saleswoman Johnna. She was super kind and very knowledgeable. She kept me updated every step of the way and never made me feel any pressure to buy. I really appreciated Ashlynn's help in the finance department and Brockie's help with getting to know my new vehicle. Thanks so much to everyone!

  Stellar service! I had unexpected trouble with my BMW while in Asheville visiting my daughter. My husband called ahead to let them know I was bringing my vehicle over with an issue. They saw me arrive and met me in the parking lot (even on a rainy day) assuring me that they would take good care of me! I had no appointment but they were able to work me in for a diagnostic. While I waited, I had all the comforts of home-fresh baked cookies (the peanut butter are the BEST!), coffee, drinks, snacks AND a chef who serves complimentary breakfast & lunch. WHAT?!? Yep!! I was able to get home that day with a loaner vehicle. They kept us up-to-date on the repair progress and worked with us to arrange to get the vehicle back. I don’t live in Asheville but almost wish I did so I could have my BMW services here all the time!

  I took my 2024 BMW in for an alignment and was told that the car could not be aligned due to a bent strut and needed a $3k+ repair. I told the manager that didn’t make sense but he obviously didn’t listen. I took the car to another BMW dealer and they were able to align the car without a problem and stated it did not need that $3000 repair. I think the mechanic did not program the alignment for a M sport suspension and that is why it didn’t align. I’m glad I got a second opinion. A lot of unnecessary headache without any real apology from leadership at the dealer.
