Shortly after opening my hood and showing me my oil level and me denying something to clean out my oil, one of the men working muttered under his breath ‘Great, the dirtiest and oiliest oil change to do at 8AM’. The other man working complained about how hungover he is and that he needs to keep his mouth shut so he doesn’t say something bad to a customer, and both workers continued to complain about other customers in front of me. I typically give grace in situations as I myself work in a customer service based job, but I already get anxious going to get my oil changed by myself as a woman, and this experience did not help. My oil change was quick, but I will continue going to the Strickland Bros in Asheboro from now on.
