The tech who serviced my car was pleasant, knowledgeable and told me every step they were doing. I had to wait because I wasn't the only customer, but I was offered water and an apology for the wait. I will be going back. The service was phenomenal and extremely transparent. It was a great experience. 5 stars.

When they pulled the car out they handed the keys to my son who literally drove from that point outside the bay to halfway to 311/main street. The Honda cut off and there was nothing but a row of oil on the ground. My son pushed it back to the bay. The employee told me my son flew out of the bay (BS) especially since I have dash camera recording sound and video out of the Civic. They said it was a oil line or the turbo blew. Guess what - employee didn't put on the oil filter or tighten the oil filter or put a oil filter on without a gasket. Good job Strickland for trying to blame my 18 year old and make him look bad VS just owning up to your own employees stupidity. NEVER NEVER EVER EVER use this shop.

I needed an oil change and the place I had gone to for 15 years changed owners and became so rude. Strickland Brothers treated me like a valued customer and told me everything they were doing and how much it would cost. No hidden surprises. They have a satisfied repeat customer. Thank you for being nice and honest.
